CHAT Media Kit Launched

The media kit for our collaborative project with the Strafford County Public Health Network ,Communities for Healthy Aging Transitions (CHAT), has been launched. It is available online at http://strafford.org/services/CHAT.php.

This media kit includes a project description video, copy and graphics for sharing on social media, links to outreach activities and more. Please help us share the word about the CHAT project so we can hear from the people that know the region best, those who live and work in the region.
