2013-2022 Ten-Year Plan
The Ten-Year Plan contains transportation projects for the entire state of New Hampshire for a Ten-Year period. The Ten-Year Plan is revised every two years with input from the Regional Planning Commissions, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, the Governor's Advisory Commission on Intermodal Transportation, and the New Hampshire communities. The Ten-Year Plan is approved by the New Hampshire Legislature. Once approved, the first four years of the Ten-Year Plan become the regional Transportation Improvement Programs (TIP) and the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
Below, we have included our official letter to DOT on behalf of our policy committee regarding the State Ten-Year Plan. The letter details our regional transportation priorities using data generated through our project solicitation meetings with communities. It also relates our policy committee's view on transportation projects in our region, the challenge with creating a priority list of regional projects, and their final motion for a prioritized list. There is also an excel table with that accompanies the letter showing our prioritized project list which is representative of the Policy Committee's final motion.
