TransportationThe Strafford Regional Planning Commission (SRPC), along with the Rockingham Planning Commission, is responsible for regional transportation planning in the Seacoast area. Designated the Seacoast Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), this agency covers the Portsmouth - Dover - Rochester urbanized region and the adjacent areas in the state of New Hampshire. Transportation related projects that have regionally significant impacts on the Seacoast region fall within the domain of the Seacoast MPO.
